This screen lets you see and adjust options for Places for which you want to track Hotness.

To change sort options or add places, touch the “Options” button to see the Places Options Screen.

To set the sort order, touch one of the “Sort” options. “Name” will sort the list according to name. “Hotness” will sort Places ,hottest ones first. Since Hotness is dynamic, Places in the list will automatically move up and down as their Hotness changes.

To set the type of places that are listed, touch one of the “Show” options. “Known” shows the Places that you yourself have added. “Others” shows places that Myallo HotList adds temporarily because one of the External Services indicates they are nearby. “All” shows both types of places.

To add Places, touch one of the items in the “Add Places From” section.

To add Places from your device’s Contacts list, touch “Options” then “Contacts”. An Add Contacts Screen will appear allowing you to pick one Contact, or a whole Contacts group. We suggest you do not simply add all contacts to the list. There are probably a lot of places whose hotness or proximity you do not really care much about.

To add a Place from an External Service, touch the name of that service on the Places Options Screen. Another screen will appear which will let you select a place from the service. Depending on the service, you might be able to enter a name or address, but you might have to visit the service and find its identifier. It might be easier to just add a place to your Contacts list and then add it from there. Touch this External Services link, then the name of the specific service for details on adding a Place listed on that service.
